when an aide told me today she forgot to go to a clients home i could not even look her in the eye to respond because i just got off the phone with the lady who had been sitting at her door to let the aide in, for the past 2 hours, because the bell does not work, and than the aide was pissed because i told her to go take care of her client
and the client was crying because she had not had anything to eat or breakfast and it was already 2 oclock
damn people cant just take care of other people
